Kiacos.fotos processes all images entirely in the user's browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. No file is uploaded to any server. There is no backend that receives images, and no telemetry recording tool usage.
The service requires no registration and does not collect or store personally identifiable data. No first-party cookies are used, and no local storage beyond a technical theme preference (light/dark/system) saved in the browser's localStorage.
To sustain the cost of the service, ads served by Google AdSense are shown. Google and its partners may use cookies or identifiers to personalize ads and measure their effectiveness. This is governed by Google's privacy policy. Users can manage ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.
The hosting provider (Firebase Hosting) may record standard access logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) for security and diagnostics. These logs are not used to profile users and are retained only for as long as needed to operate the service.
Because Kiacos.fotos stores no personal data, access, rectification, or erasure procedures do not apply on our side. For data handled by third parties (Google), users should exercise their rights directly with them.
