Kiacos.fotos is a free web application that edits, converts, and modifies images entirely in the user's browser. It requires no account or registration. The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable law. Uses aimed at violating third-party rights, impersonating identities, infringing intellectual property, or circumventing the policies of platforms where output images are uploaded are prohibited. The user is solely responsible for the content they process and publish with the tool.
Kiacos is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including possible blocks or sanctions from third-party platforms (Vinted, Wallapop, eBay and similar). Image processing happens entirely on the user's device; any data loss caused by tab closure, browser failure, or hardware issues is the user's responsibility.
The Kiacos brand, the domain, and the service code are property of their author. Personal and commercial use of the service is permitted to process the user's own images or images over which the user holds sufficient rights.
The service is funded by ads served by third parties (Google AdSense). Cookie and data behavior of these third parties is governed by their respective policies; see the Privacy page for details.
